AMMAR MUTHANNAreceived the B.Sc.,M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from St. PetersburgState University of Telecommunications, Russia,in 2009, 2011, and 2016, respectively. In 2012 and2013, he took part in the Erasmus Student Pro-gram with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering,University of Ljubljana. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Telecom-munication Networks, and also the Head of theSDN Laboratory, St. Petersburg State Universityof Telecommunications. He has published more than 60 scientific articles.He acted as a reviewer for many international and high ranked journals, he iseditor in the editorial boards of several international scientific journals. Hismain areas of research include IoT, SDN and MEC.
